Motorola V400 Faceplate installation instructions

*Professional installation recommended	Start by laying out your new faceplate set and tools. Recommended tools: -T-6 screwdriver and small eyeglasses repair screwdriver or flat head screwdriver. -Toothpick or pair of tweezers. -Cover a flat working surface with a light colored towel or paper towel. You do not want to lose any small screws while installing your faceplate as these screws are needed to attach your new faceplate to your phone. To return to the faceplate section click here
	-The back battery cover changes easily but to change the front plate you will need to flip open your phone and locate 4 rubber plugs located around the display screen as shown to the right. -Using a toothpick or pair of tweezers carefully remove the rubber plugs and set aside. Underneath you will find the 4 screws that release the faceplate.
	-Using the T-6 or small eyeglass repair screwdriver remove the 4 screws and set aside. DO NOT LOSE YOUR SCREWS! You will need them to re-attach the new faceplate! -Using a flat head screwdriver gently loosen your old faceplate along the bottom and remove. Lift off the front cover and replace with your new faceplate
	-Carefully reposition your screws and retighten. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN! -The two screws with the longer solid heads will go in the bottom two holes. - Replace the rubber plugs if you wish. *Professional installation recommended To return to the faceplate section click here
